1. Orders

When you have finished your order you will receive an order confirmation to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all the details about the products you have ordered, along with the price, billing and shipping addresses. If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately at hello@tuggmotstand.com. And also, please tag us in your pictures on instagram @tuggmotstand, we would love to see how the products are doing at your place!

 

2. Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 3-5 working days if you live in Sweden, and 3-10 days outside of Sweden, depending on where you live. Orders on working days will be sent in 2 days prior to your order. Shipping cost will be added to all orders. If you live outside of the EU both custom cost and taxes will be added to your order.

 

3. Prices

All prices on the website are in SEK and they include 25% VAT.

 

4. Right to cancel a purchase

When purchasing articles from the website you have as a customer the right to 14 days to cancel the purchase as of the date when you received the product you ordered. But we at TUGGMOTSTÅND want to be as protective of the environment as possible and would be very happy to avoid unnecessary transports - we do our business on-demand and all prints are printed on the outskirts of Gothenburg, so rather give your order an extra thought instead of having to send products back.

 

4.1 When exercising your right to cancel your order:

You have to notify through email that you want to cancel your order. In the email we would like to see your namn, your address, your email address, the order number of your purchase and specify the products the return is regarding. You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.

 

If you want to pursue the right to cancel your order you will stand for return fees and delivery and also the condition that the products are in return, you should due to that pack your returning products well and in their original packaging.

On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum for the return cost, which is the same as the shipping cost you paid when ordering.

 

5. Concerns and reclaims

We examine all products prior to shipping. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly dispatched when arriving, we undertake in accordance with the current Swedish Consumer Agency to rectify the error free or charge. However, TUGGMOTSTÅND doesn’t stand for any error or negligence caused by the shipping company.

 

You always have to contact us for approval before you return a product with defects.

 

If we do not manage to fix the error or are not able to deliver a similar product, we will repay you for the damaged product in accordance with the current Swedish Consumer Agency. We stand responsible for return shipping for approved reclaims. 

We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se
